About promotion

1. Weekly Cashback is available to registered players who have reached Level 2 or higher in the Trino Loyalty Program.

2. Cashback is paid as real money, not a bonus.
It is credited directly to your main balance and can be withdrawn immediately.

3. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday during the day.
You can check the credited amount in your account history.

4. Cashback is calculated as a percentage of weekly net losses for the period:
Monday 00:00 CET – Sunday 23:59 CET (inclusive).

 

Formula:
Cashback = (Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals − Current Balance − Open Bets) × Cashback %

5. The cashback percentage depends on your current loyalty level and can be up to 35%.
Your exact percentage is displayed in the Loyalty Program section.

6. The cashback period runs weekly and repeats automatically:
- Starts: Monday 00:00 CET
- Ends: Sunday 23:59 CET

7.The minimum cashback amount to be credited is €0.10 (or currency equivalent). 

8. The maximum cashback amount that can be credited per player per week is up to €20,000 (or currency equivalent).

9. Cashback is paid only on net losses. If there are no net losses during the calculation period, no cashback will be credited.

10. Trino reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion in case of abuse or fraudulent activity.
